На сайте есть ассистент: вы рассказываете о своём проекте голосом или текстом, он собирает описание и присылает его в студию. Ниже — что именно при этом сохраняется, кому уходит и как это удалить. Без юридического тумана.

Одна цель: подготовить описание вашего проекта, чтобы студия могла осмысленно ответить. Мы не используем эти данные для рекламы, не строим по ним профили и никому их не продаём.
На вашем согласии: перед отправкой вы ставите галочку. До этого момента разговор остаётся на нашем сервере как черновик и никуда не уходит. Отказаться можно в любой момент — просто закройте панель или напишите нам, и мы удалим всё, что успело сохраниться. Для гостей из Европейского союза основанием служит ст. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Можно приложить до трёх файлов размером до 10 МБ каждый: презентацию, техническое задание, смету, план помещения, эскиз, таблицу или фотографию — pdf, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, картинки. Или дать ссылку на папку в облаке, если материалов больше.

Больше никому. Счётчиков аналитики, пикселей и рекламных скриптов на сайте нет вовсе.
Сайт не ставит cookie и не отслеживает вас между посещениями. В памяти браузера (localStorage) остаются только ваши собственные настройки отображения — включён ли звук и какой вид ленты проектов вы выбрали. Мы этих данных не видим.
Вы можете попросить показать, что о вас сохранено, исправить это, удалить или отозвать согласие. Напишите на info@playdisplay.com — сделаем в течение 30 дней. Отдельного повода объяснять не нужно.
Если вам кажется, что мы обошлись с вашими данными неправильно, скажите нам первым — и мы разберёмся. Это быстрее, чем через регулятора, и обычно достаточно.
Ассистент рассчитан на разговор о рабочих проектах и не предназначен для людей младше 16 лет. Мы не собираем данные детей осознанно; если это случилось — напишите нам, и мы удалим их.
Если мы поменяем модель, хостинг или сроки хранения, изменится и эта страница — дата редакции стоит сверху.
This site has an assistant: you describe your project by voice or in writing, it puts together a summary and sends it to the studio. Below is exactly what gets stored, who receives it and how to have it deleted. No legal fog.
playdisplay, an interactive experience studio. Your enquiry is read and discussed by the studio team — the people who would work on the project if it goes ahead. Questions and deletion requests — info@playdisplay.com.
One purpose: to prepare a description of your project so the studio can give you a meaningful answer. We do not use this for advertising, we do not build profiles from it, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Your consent: you tick a box before sending. Until then the conversation stays on our server as a draft and goes nowhere. You can withdraw at any time — close the panel or write to us, and we will delete whatever has been stored. For visitors from the European Union the basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can attach up to three files of up to 10 MB each: a presentation, a specification, a budget, a floor plan, a sketch, a spreadsheet or a photo — pdf, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, images. Or give us a link to a cloud folder if there is more material.

Nobody else. There are no analytics counters, tracking pixels or advertising scripts on this site at all.
This site sets no cookies and does not track you between visits. Your browser's localStorage holds only your own display preferences — whether sound is on and which project layout you picked. We never see them.
You can ask to see what is stored about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw consent. Write to info@playdisplay.com — we will act within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
If you think we mishandled your data, tell us first and we will sort it out. That is faster than going through a regulator, and usually enough.
The assistant is meant for conversations about professional projects and is not intended for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if it happened, write to us and we will delete it.
If we change the model, the hosting or the retention periods, this page changes too — the version date is at the top.
